Progress Claims, Assessment and Certification
On some occasions we are not engaged as full contract administrator, where this is the case we are still able to carry out accurate assessments of progress values and provide certification reports detailing our assessment and where relevant the variances between our assessment and a claim made by a third party.
We may be engaged to act on behalf of a financial institution to assess claims against development lending.
