Insurance Replacement Estimates are produced by us on behalf of our clients to confirm the replacement value of a property of facility for insurance purposes. This carefully calculated reinstatement value is used by the insuring organisation to assist their premium calculations. Costs set out in our reports include but are not limited to the following;
