Located in London, Leicester Square is a major new commercial development including multi-tenant offices, retail outlets and public spaces to the ground floor. The existing building shell will be partially retained, with new upper floors providing the new commercial floor space. Overall, the building comprises of two levels of basement, two floors of retail space and seven floors of office space.
