Rudi Piebenga

Rudi has been providing Quantity Surveying services to clients throughout the South Pacific for over 25 years. Prior to forming Costplan Services in 2006, Rudi held numerous senior positions with a major international construction company throughout South East Asia and the Pacific along with Professional Quantity Surveying Companies within the South Pacific. Rudi is a specialist Quantity Surveyor with particular expertise in construction estimating and bill of quantity production for building and civil works.
