Matt Lee

Matt has over 15 years experience in the Construction industry. He specialises in CDM 2015 and as a Principal Designer/ CDM Advisor has been delivering an expert service to a number of high profile clients seeking to develop and build many of the signature buildings and infrastructure in London and all over the United Kingdom. He has experience of leading a CDM team, developing key accounts and building lasting relationships.

Matt is currently involved in a wide range of multi discipline projects ranging from a construction value of 50K to 500 million. Recent CDM / Principal Designer services include major demolitions, high rise new build developments and refurbishment / fit-out projects.
