Liam Beatty

Liam joined Costplan Group in May 2022 as a Senior Quantity Surveyor, having worked in the construction industry since 2008 and has demonstrated skills across various levels of experience, in a wide range of sectors.

Having experience in both the UK and Australia, as well as working on both the PQS and Contractor side, Liam has gained excellent knowledge of cost management from conception through to completion.

Liam is an MRICS Chartered Surveyor whose key strengths include accurate measurement and pricing,  strong communication skills and negotiation.
