Elspeth Tosland

Elspeth joined Costplan Group in June 2022, as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor. She is currently studying for her Quantity Surveying Masters at London South Bank University and is due to finish in 2023.

Prior to Costplan, Elspeth worked for Strabag on the HS2 project. Where she managed a variety of subcontractors including archaeology. She has a keen interest in contract law and her time managing subcontracts has given her a good foundation knowledge to bring forward to Costplan.
